The Carnaval starts things off Friday night, and the festivities continue with the Western Festival Parade on Saturday morning at 10:00 AM. The Parade starts on Elk Grove Blvd at the corner of Emerald Oak Drive and ends at the Elk Grove High School back parking lot.
